What does it mean to have stability? What does it mean to have a home that could disappear in an instant? 

These are questions I've grappled with for over a decade, building my un-traditional home in a forest that was mismanaged for almost a century. 

This project is an exploration of what it means to put your entire self into a place, to call it home, while simultaneously relinquishing it to the chance of inferno.
